I believe our emotional reactions are rarely random. When stress flares or we feel stuck, it often activates something deeper— old attachment wounds, unmet needs, or parts of ourselves shaped by the relationships and systems we grew up in. My work is grounded in the belief that these responses carry meaning, and that by slowing down and bringing awareness to them, we can begin to understand what is truly holding us back.

I approach therapy through a systemic and attachment-informed lens. This means I look beyond symptoms to understand how relationships, family dynamics, cultural contexts, and past experiences influence how we see ourselves and relate to others. I integrate mindfulness-based practices to help clients tune into their inner world—thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations—recognizing that our feelings hold valuable information. Therapy becomes a space to gently explore these dynamics, build self-awareness, and shift from reactive patterns toward more intentional, self-respecting ways of relating—both to yourself and to others.

I believe accountability and self-compassion must exist together. Clients are the experts of their own lives and hold the agency for change. My role is to merely walk alongside you as a supportive guide, offering reflection, curiosity, and unwavering positive regard. I bring my full presence and authenticity into the therapy space and value deep, meaningful connection as a foundation for growth and healing. Sometimes healing begins simply by being seen within the context of your story.
