About Our Owners

Hi, we’re Katie and Sacha, the owners and founders of Revival Therapy Services. We’ve both been in the mental health field for many years and worked in a variety of settings from Child Protective Services to substance use agencies, to private practice. Across those experiences, we noticed many gaps and areas for improvement within the current mental healthcare system.

Our Why

We built Revival Therapy Services for our therapists. When creating Revival, it was part of our vision and hope that we create a culture and environment where anyone who works with us whether that be a supervisor, a clinician, or intern feels valued and appreciated. One of our personal values both for ourselves and for Revival is having autonomy.

When you work with Revival Therapy Services

Support

Individual supervision is provided at no cost for Fellows and Interns. Revival Therapy Services employs numerous supervisors with a variety of licenses  including LPC’s, LAC’s, LCSW’s, LMFT’s, and Art Therapy (ATR-BC) and with various specialties (like art therapy and play therapy) so you can bring your authentic self into supervision and work with the supervisor you align with. We also provide bi-weekly group supervision.

Autonomy

Create your own work schedule! You also have the agency to choose if you believe you and a new client will be a good fit to work together, and if they are within your scope of practice. Need to pick up the kids at 2? Don’t want to miss your monthly book club or D&D campaign?

Growth

We want to help you provide the best care possible for clients. Clinicians receive $20 each month to use toward a book to promote professional growth.

Balance

Personal wellbeing is essential in being present with clients. We support your work/life balance with reasonable and flexible caseloads, competitive compensation, and monthly wellness initiatives. Clinicians are given a $60 monthly stipend to put toward self-care and wellness.

Training Programs: Fellowship Program Internship/ Practicum

Welcome to Revival: A Counseling Internship and Practicum Program!

Led by Katie Maguire, our co-owner and dedicated Ph.D. candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision, Revival offers a transformative journey in counseling training unlike any other. What sets us apart is our commitment to innovative thinking and unconventional training methods.

At Revival, we believe in learning beyond the confines of traditional academia. Our program stands out by offering a diverse range of perspectives and experiences through trainings facilitated by practicing therapists deeply embedded within the community.

This program provides interns opportunities to work with clients in various settings and with diverse presenting issues while under the supervision of our licensed clinicians. The program is intended to provide interns with the opportunity to establish and refine general skills fundamental to the practice of professional psychotherapy. The training follows a developmental model with extensive and intensive experiences to promote the progression of therapy skills, clinical perspectives, and extensive focus on figuring out your professional identity and therapeutic orientation.
